{"id":4837,"date":"2020-04-27T19:53:12","date_gmt":"2020-04-27T17:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/couleurs-cotedopale.com\/?page_id=4837"},"modified":"2021-05-21T22:12:38","modified_gmt":"2021-05-21T20:12:38","slug":"conditions-generales-de-location","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/couleurs-cotedopale.com\/?page_id=4837","title":{"rendered":"Conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de location"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><u>Conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de location<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les locaux sont lou\u00e9s \u00e0 titre d\u2019habitation provisoire et de plaisance, excluant toute activit\u00e9 professionnelle, commerciale ou artisanale de quelque nature que ce soit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9servation deviendra effective apr\u00e8s paiement du s\u00e9jour et signature du pr\u00e9sent contrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Caution\u00a0<\/strong>: La veille de l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans les lieux, le Preneur autorise le Bailleur a effectu\u00e9 une caution (emprunte carte bancaire) d&rsquo;un montant de 100 \u20ac  afin de couvrir les dommages et\/ou d\u00e9gradations du logement et du mobilier et objets garnissant le logement caus\u00e9s par le Preneur, ainsi que les pertes de clefs ou d&rsquo;objets. Cette caution sera sera restitu\u00e9 au Preneur dans les septs jours apr\u00e8s le checkout sous r\u00e9serve que le logement soit restitu\u00e9 dans son \u00e9tat initial lors de la restitution des clefs.<br><br><strong>Conditions d\u2019annulation<\/strong>\u00a0:<br>Le locataire peut annuler sa r\u00e9servation jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2 semaines avant le 1<sup>er<\/sup> jour de la location. Au-del\u00e0, il sera redevable de la totalit\u00e9 du montant de la location.<br>Covid 19\u00a0: Si les restrictions sanitaires interdisent tout d\u00e9placement \u00e0 vos dates de s\u00e9jour, le bailleur remboursera les sommes vers\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arriv\u00e9es&nbsp;:<\/strong> remise des clefs \u00e0 partir de 16h. <strong>D\u00e9part&nbsp;<\/strong>: le logement doit \u00eatre rendu avant 11h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etat des lieux\u00a0<\/strong>: Un inventaire est pr\u00e9sent sur place. Tout manque est \u00e0 signaler le jour m\u00eame ou au plus tard le lendemain matin. Toutes les installations sont en \u00e9tat de marche et toute r\u00e9clamation doit \u00eatre faite le jour m\u00eame ou au plus tard le lendemain matin. Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai, les biens lou\u00e9s seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme exempts de dommages \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du locataire<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OBLIGATIONS DU PRENEUR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les animaux et la consommation de tabac ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s dans le logement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas de bruit de nature \u00e0 g\u00eaner les voisins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilisation responsable d&rsquo;Internet en respectant les lois Hadopi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Preneur ne pourra exercer aucun recours contre le Bailleur en cas de vol et d\u00e9gradations dans le logement.<br>Le nombre de locataire doit correspondre au nombre indiqu\u00e9 en d\u00e9but de contrat.
